Who is responsible
Global Outlook LLC (“GLO”, “we”, “us”) is based at Hawally, Tunisia Street, Zainah Tower, Floor 13, Kuwait. This notice explains how information is handled in connection with our website, shipment enquiries and contact channels.
For privacy questions, contact [email protected] or +965 5000 1288. Do not send identity documents, payment credentials or sensitive personal information through the initial enquiry form.
Information you provide
You can browse without completing a form. A quote enquiry requires your name, email and the shipment’s overseas country, plus a company name for business enquiries. Phone and additional cargo and route details are optional.
Only provide accurate, relevant information you are authorised to share.
Quote enquiries and communication
Use the quote enquiry form to share your shipment details. We use the contact and shipment information you send to assess your request, prepare a quotation where appropriate, and communicate about missing details and next steps.
The form displays its submission status. If it does not confirm submission, do not assume your enquiry was received; contact us directly. An acknowledgement is not a quotation, cargo acceptance or booking confirmation.
Website operation and security
Website and security providers process connection information, such as your IP address, browser information and requested page, to deliver the website, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems. Technical logs may be retained for these purposes.
Forms use automated abuse checks. See the verification provider’s privacy notice.
Cookies and local storage
The website application currently uses no analytics or advertising cookies, and no optional tracking is active.
Your browser keeps a route and cargo draft as you move between pages in the same tab. The draft excludes contact details, which are also kept out of the page address. Your browser may offer autofill or restore a draft when restoring a session.
Use the clear control below or your browser settings to remove the draft. This does not delete enquiries already sent to GLO or forms open in other tabs.
Service providers and external links
We use website, security, email and communications providers to process enquiries and send them to GLO. When you ask us to arrange a service, necessary details may be shared with carriers, agents or specialists. These services may involve processing outside Kuwait.
News, map, email, telephone and WhatsApp links open independent services with their own privacy notices. They may receive connection information and anything you choose to send.
Retention and protection
An enquiry recovery copy is kept for seven days after the email service accepts the notification, then removed from active records. Sent receipt records are removed once the enquiry is more than 30 days old and at least seven days have passed since email acceptance. Failed or uncertain deliveries remain for follow-up, and backups may retain temporary copies. This does not delete correspondence held by GLO.
Browser drafts follow the storage behaviour described above. Enquiries, correspondence and service records may be retained as needed to respond, administer the contractual relationship, meet legal obligations or deal with claims. Providers’ technical logs may have separate retention periods.
You can ask GLO about the retention period applicable to your record. Information is handled for purposes connected with the enquiry or service; no website or communications channel can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can browse without using the form, edit or abandon a draft, and clear saved shipment information. An enquiry is not a marketing subscription.
To ask about information sent to GLO, request access or correction, seek deletion, object to a use or withdraw consent where applicable, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request”. Available rights and any duty to retain records depend on applicable law. Proportionate identity verification may be needed before disclosing or changing personal information. You may raise concerns with the competent authority where applicable.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when website services or information-handling practices change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Review the notice when providing new information or if you have questions about its use.
